RETURN POLICY

Due to All items being Sale Items; Preowned; Second Hand; or Consignment. All sales are final.

We stand behind our Authenticity Guarantee along with the products and accuracy of descriptions of new and pre-loved items we sell. Your satisfaction with your purchase is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us at Info@helenschanel.com.

HelensChanel LLC may offer refunds, at our sole discretion, on purchases returned in its original packaging in original condition that we deem ‘resellable’ within 8 days of delivery. The determination of condition is at our sole discretion. You must contact us before returning any purchase, and receive approval from HelensChanel LLC to return the product. You will waive your right for return for any reason if you do not receive our approval in advance.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

We attempt to keep the information on this site as current and error free as possible. We are not bound by typographical errors resulting in inaccuracies with regard to prices, product specifications or availability.

DELIVERY POLICY

We ship Domestically and Internationally to most countries. If you do not see your country listed in the drop down menu please email us at Info@helenschanel.com with your request.

HelensChanel LLC usually ships your order within 24-48 hours after your order has been placed using USPS Priority and/or Priority Express. Next Day Delivery service is available at extra cost incurred by the customer at the time of checkout and is automatically calculated based on weight and destination.

Often shipments go out the next business day. Customers are sent email confirmations for received orders.

For International orders, the customer is responsible for pay customs/import duties at the time your package arrives in your designated country. Items sent back to HelensChanel LLC due to customs/duty being unpaid by the customer will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to understand your counties import/export rules and regulations prior to placing any order.
