RARE Short Chanel Boutique Vintage short mini dress with a huge leather "CC" on the front.
This fabric appears to be a stretchy heavy nylon/ poly blend, and the long sleeves appears to be a cotton/poly blend with a matching fabric ribbed stand up collar.
